See. And Be Seen.

Real-time location knowledge of other aircraft is critical to the safety of your flight. With Avidyne’s SkyTrax technology, situational awareness is the affordable high-performance active-surveillance traffic detection solution for your flight deck.

The SkyTrax600 Series Traffic Advisory Systems (TAS) is based on technology originally developed for air-transport traffic alert and collision avoidance systems (TCAS) at an affordable price.

The Avidyne SkyTrax200 ADS-B receiver provides direct line-of-sight reception of ADS-B Traffic targets and is capable of receiving Flight Information System Broadcast (FIS-B) weather via 978MHz in US airspace. The SkyTrax200 is also capable of receiving output from active traffic systems and combining it with the ADS-B traffic thus presenting an integrated view of dual-band ADS-B, TAS, and ATC radar traffic.

Avidyne’s AXP series transponders provide full ADS-B surveillance capability and meet the requirements for flight above and below FL180 in the U.S. and internationally. AXP transponders transmit the position of your aircraft information to appropriately-equipped ground stations and other aircraft providing improved airborne surveillance and airport ground surveillance.

By the end of 2020, ADS-B Out was required in most U.S. airspace and both the AXP340 and AXP322 transponders meet all the current for both IFR and VFR flight.
